LOE Vintage is a small, passion-driven boutique. Every single bag in our collection has been personally and carefully selected with love — we don't do fast fashion, we do forever pieces. So please, take your time before you buy. Browse, dream, ask us questions. We're here for it. But we do ask that you skip the impulse buy — these pieces deserve a real home. 🤍

Returns Changed your mind? No worries — we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer law.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it — original packaging, tags, and all.
  • Items showing any signs of use or wear will not be accepted.

How to return Reach out to us via Instagram DM within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item was incorrectly described.

Returns must be shipped back using an insured shipping service (e.g. PostNL insured). The buyer is responsible for the item until it is safely received by LOE Vintage. We cannot accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll let you know if your return is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final sale items Some pieces are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
