Shipping Policy — LOE Vintage

Shipping carrier We ship all orders exclusively with PostNL, with insured shipping up to €5.000. This means your purchase is fully protected from the moment it leaves our hands to the moment it arrives at yours. 🤍If anything happens with the parcel, you will get your money back. Note that we are not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages.

Handling time Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs A flat shipping rate of €9,95 applies to all orders within the NL, €14.95 for Belgium, Germany and Austria. For France, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Spain and Portugal a rate of €22.95 is applied. These costs are automatically calculated in your cart.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification with your PostNL tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. The delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days. To other European countries 2-5 business days. We are not responsible for any delays of Post NL. 

Delivery times Delivery times depend on your location and are estimated by PostNL. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
